“Tips on How to Find a Job in 2016”

Dublin City Public Libraries, in association with Cpl Resources, continues its 2016 Career Direction and Development Programme.

On Monday 22nd February at 1.30pm in the Central Library, Henry Street, Dublin 1, a FREE workshop on “Tips on How to Find a Job in 2016” will be held.

The workshop will be presented by Peter Cosgrove, Director with Cpl Recruitment. Peter is a leader in the use of social media with Cpl and is a regular commentator on careers in the media.

In addition, Alec Drew, communications professional, ( will be here in the Central Library, Ilac Shopping Centre, Henry Street, Dublin 1 to facilitate three exciting networking events for anyone interested in setting up or growing a business AND/OR changing or developing a career AND/OR anyone who would like to learn or develop an existing skill.

  • Monday, February 22nd from 6.30pm – 8.00pm You want to set up your own business or change career, then let’s start here at the beginning
  • Tuesday, February 23rd from 6.30pm – 8.00pm Now you have chosen to go into business or change career, here are the do’s and don’ts to help you survive
  • Wednesday, February 24th from 6.30pm – 8.00pm Networking is essential for everyone, learn how to build valuable relationships
