Dublin based foreign currency exchange service CurrencyFair has received €10 million in funding enabling the creation of at least 50 jobs.

The fin-tech company plans to hire the 50 new staff throughout 2015.

The business uses a “money matching” model to trade to foreign countries with customers who either set their own rates for peer-to-peer transfers, or use CurrencyFair’s fixed exchange rates. It currently operates offices in Australia, as well as the UK and Poland.

Current full-time job vacancies with the company include:

  • UI/UX Designer
  • Data Scientist
  • PHP Engineer
  • Java Engineer
  • Business Analyst

The company also encourages candidates to send in their CVs even if there are no current vacancies which suit them as these will be referred to as different job opportunities arise.
