The National Maritime College of Ireland (NMCI) is the first third level college in the country to be built under the Government’s Public-Private Partnership scheme.

In this case the public partners are the Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) and the Irish Naval Service (INS) and the private partner is Focus Education.

The NMCI are about to embark upon a series of around Ireland events to inform CAO applicants of the significant opportunities available within a Maritime career. They work very closely with international shipping companies to provide placements on board a variety of ships, at the same time providing educational degrees and professional seagoing qualifications to support progression in the industry.

If you would like to be informed fully of the options available to you then indicate your interest in attending one of the following events:

Monday, 26th March 12 at 2pm in Pilio Hotel, Headford Road, Galway
Tuesday, 27th March 12 at 2pm in Wynn’s Hotel, 35/39 Lwr Abbey St, Dublin
Wed., 28th March 12 at 11am in Whites of Wexford, Abbey St, Wexford
Wed., 18th April 12 at 11am in National Maritime College, Ringaskiddy, Cork
