What value has Foundation Maths?

Posted by Francis O' Toole on January 27, 2009

maths1.jpgFoundation Maths is accepted for many careers.  The Gardai will accept a grade B in it for entry.  Some colleges will accept it ( eg. course in ART AND DESIGN, look at courses in Blanchardtown for example).  It will be accepted for some appreticeships.  Most PLC courses will accept it.

It is better to get a FB2 rather than fail pass maths in the leaving Cert.

Dundalk Institute of Technology – will accept FB2 for most of their level 7 and 6 courses.
